Nov 02,2024Terrible customer service as I ordered on the 25th Sept and never received my items and after numerous calls with customer service/live chat they said my order was lost. I had 2 options, either place the order again or get a refund. Since they offered me no goodwill gesture, I took the refund. Then I keep getting text messages from TransGlobal saying I need to pay a fee of around £35 (which is slightly more than my order) to release my items which have an import VAT to pay. Once I contacted customer services, they told me its VAT which the local office had made a mistake and I have to pay. I wasn't suppose to pay anything as when I bought the items the price was final and inclusive of the import taxes. So where has this charge come from? I said they should just sort it out and ship the items as a good will gesture, but the customer services advisor said you have to pay or they will return the items back to us. I won't be ordering again from Muscle and Strength and I don't expect anyone to action or read this feedback as they have terrible customer service.
