Feb 11,2025I tried the web site several times and I couldn't order what I had previously ordered on Sept 18, '24 # 105712969. Did get to the Account Dashboard and when I finally got to the correct product the quantity that I wanted was never correct at checkout and I couldn't change it. So I used the phone number to order...and it was so easy. I can buy locally...but I like your sale prices. The product was delivered this afternoon. Thanks

Feb 10,2025I accidentally put the wrong delivery address when I placed an order. The M&S team was empathetic of my mistake and helped me through the process communicating how to go about getting the delivery picked up, returned, then to the correct address at no additional fees or drama. Things had to be done through email as the online chat and phone options didn't seem to work, but I'm grateful to get my order!

Feb 12,2025Placed an order last Wednesday, it’s been in pre shipment ever since. I reached out in the chat and was assured by someone named Zach the package was sent and that usps had it. I called usps and they said they definitely don’t have it as it would have been scanned in. I ordered the same thing on Amazon and it came 24 hours later. I’m seeing a lot of recent negative reviews regarding shipping. Not sure what issue they’re having but stay away unless you like being uncertain for weeks on end. Nobody picks up the phone number, and the chat hasn’t worked for me since the first time I reached out. I’ll never order from their site again. Just use Amazon. Way easier. Fingers crossed I can get a refund, or maybe once my current supplement runs out in a month it’ll finally be shipped lol wishful thinking
