Sep 03,2024A couple of months ago, I paid $10 for the Muvi pay-as-you-go streaming service. After a couple of tests, I decided that it wasn’t for me, so I moved on. I haven’t used the service and won’t be using it. Yesterday, I noticed a second payment of $99 taken from my bank account. Expecting this to be a mistake, I contacted their customer service and was told, “We have discontinued the Pay As You Go plan, and you have been navigated to the standard plan.” I had a second conversation with a customer service advisor who said they would not refund me. This is for a service that I didn’t sign up for and did not agree to. Apparently, they emailed me to confirm the change; I did not receive this. After a bad Trustpilot review they have now agreed to return my money. This has been a complete waste of my time, and I would have appreciated my money back without all the stress. Please take note, Muvi.

Nov 25,2023Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

The support team always tries to understand and respond to our expectations, then they give us a clear instruction in details with some snapshots, article links, and videos. If needed, they also have a video call meeting, and that helps our communications with the support team. We are very glad that now we are making an awesome platform, thanks to MUVI's great solution and support!

I was using zoom for that purpose but I faced a problem that my content was screen recorded and published on the Internet, so I looked for a company to protect my content and prevent the screen recording, movie did a great job with that with the best price ever. I would rate my experience with the movie as a five star for sure, their team the solution they provide, and the product is the best , also whenever I face a problem or I need help, there’s support team is always there for help. I would recommend movie for everyone.

It easier to do customization to the website and launch your business. Through CMS it is easy to setup website, create new pages, integrate payment gateways, uppload video and enable smooth journey for customers. They are reachable over tickets and thier responses are fast and accurate. What do you dislike about Muvi ============================== There could be more templates which are generic and not only digital entertainment specific. Lack of more start up friendly payment gateways like razorpay.
