Dec 21,2014While the communication and service from myitchydog.com were good, I would have liked more information on how to use and apply the Neem oil on my dog. I have since read online that while some people swear by it, others dogs have died from its use. The latter may well have been owing to using it undiluted and/or with a neem shampoo but there is nothing on this site or the package to suggest getting advice on how to apply. My dog has since had an allergic reaction which would appear to be to the Neem and while I perhaps should have read more about it firstly, I would not have bought Ekoneem had I known the potential risks.

Dec 17,2014I had problems with my order. Wrong item sent, had to be returned. Oil measuring cup cracked so oil spilled all over the floor, wasting a lot!

Dec 14,2014Great product ,my dog had a cut above his eye and due to rubbing it lost his fur around eye and looked very red and angry. Put oil (more like a balm) on him in morning and night, On day 2 redness had gone which has stopped my dog scratching and allowed his fur to grow back nicely.

Dec 11,2014I have been using Billy No Mates flea repellent for 8 months and have been absolutely delighted with the results. I give it to both my cats and dogs and found it a very cost effective way and natural way of dealing with fleas and ticks. Highly recommend. Super fast delivery too!

Dec 03,2014This company is so easy to deal with, great communication and very friendly staff. We have purchased from them for a few years now as one of our dogs has a skin problems. Its never to much trouble for them to find our exactly what ingredients are on the products so we know exactly what we are giving/using on our dog as a slight variation in his diet will cause an outbreak. They are a godsend for dog owners who know and care about what they are giving their dogs. Thank Goodness for them.
