Aug 05,2024My initial reason for choosing My London Pharmacy for weight loss medication was their competitive price. However the competitive pricing has been eclipsed by the personal service I have received from them, in particular Darshan. First and foremost they listen to how you want to proceed and there is no pressure to up the dosage and I have stayed at the lower end. When my subscription is due to be renewed the helpful and easy reorder questionnaire delivered via email is completed in under a minute or two and the order is duly processed. Delivery has been prompt and tracked via Royal Mail, it comes in a secure sealed jiffy bag with the necessary chilled blocks to ensure the medication is kept at the correct temperature. There is an appropriate booklet detailing how to use the medication and 4 needles and wipes are included. There is also an email with a video link showing how to administer the medication. They also ensure you know to contact them for anything unforeseen. After just 8 weeks I am 15kg lighter - this has been transformative for my physical and mental health and self esteem. I cannot fault any part of the service I have received so far and highly recommend them for the help, support and first class service they are giving. All of which really cannot have a monetary price put on it.
