Fabulous great service I was obviously nervous spending so much money on mounjaro but I had my consultation and the product came well packed with lots of insulation and cold packs. Arrived within 30 hours of consultation. They are also fabulous because they price matched for me. Have used x 2 now and will use again. Very happy with everything

Worst company ever stay away!!! Mounjaro pen almost killed me and the company is refusing any refund, they dont care about their patients i dont think their mounjaro is authentic stay away do not risk your life. They will dismiss my review and thats exactly what they do dismiss everyone and everything shocking company

Would not recommend - avoid - They cancelled my order withheld 50% of the prescription/ fees paid. I ordered penicillin - stating it was for dental infection & was charged £7 as the clinician cancelled the order stating incorrect information provided. Would be better not to have taken money until order is approved. Instead taking the money and then keeping half is a a scam con. They could / should redesign their form this would to stop unhappy and disappointed customers - from other Trustpilot reviews I see I am not alone in my disappointment. Terms and conditions too long.
