Apr 25,2024The picture on the products I purchased (boxes) was a complete and utter misrepresentation of what arrived. I contacted them and they said the correct boxes had been sent and that if I wanted a refund I would have to return them at my own cost. I asked if they had looked at the product picture and they haven’t replied. I will be reporting this supplier to Amazon.

Dec 27,2023I ordered my box on the 7th of December I still not received it I have sent a email with no reply when you're paying 12 pounds 99 pence shipping and you'll still waiting I think it's absolutely disgusting and I wanted the box to send off some Christmas presents to a friend it's too late now I have to go and make alternative arrangements
