Jan 18,2020Stay away! Terrible, terrible deceptive business practice. The loan and repayment options are deliberately obscure. They count on customers not reading all the fine print. I took out a loan for $400. Over the next two months, $120 was taken out of my account every two weeks on payday. I finally called Mypayday loan after I realized that I had already repaid $600. The supervisor proceeded to tell me that the bi-weekly $120 payment had only paid for a continuous "extension" of my loan. Not one cent had been applied to the principle. The supervisor told me I still owed $520! This is the type of company that knows exactly what they are doing and count on people to trust them with the process so that they can take advantage of customers. This is the most deceptive company I have ever dealt with. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and using all social media outlets to share my story.
