Nov 23,2019The whole idea of the refinancing fee is unethical. You don't explain carefully enough that you automatically charge it unless a request is made to pay the loan in full. The process of getting my loan approved should have been an indication that I needed to carefully watch how I conducted business with your company, because it was a nightmare of back and forth correspondences for a process that should be quite simple. The representatives on the phone are apathetic and stick to their script instead of using conversational (read approachable) language, so as to keep your consumers ignorant. Your system is meant to keep money in your business' pocket and your customer's in debt. What a joke!
