Apr 18,2024I ordered a left AirPod pro. After using it I found out that it wasn’t working. So I contacted the service desk and Sophie offered my to send me a new one without paying for that one. We agreed that when the new one did work I’m gonna send the one who was not working back. I received it very fast and it works. Great service, thank you Sophie!

Apr 17,2024After receiving the "new" AirPod it turned out it wasn't possible to pair the AirPods in a non original apple-case. So the company offered me the possibility to send my Pods to them, so they can manage the pairing process for me. After all everything worked fine. Also they have a perfect and fast WhatsApp-support in my language (German). I had a very good experience with this company. 👍🏽

Apr 10,2024Acheté un airpods 3ème génération suite à la perte d'un des deux. longtemps hésiter du faite que c'est reconditionné et quand j'ai vue la mention au dessus de comme neuf je me suis dit que j'allais tenter. Je l'ai depuis une semaine et franchement j'en suis très heureux, aucunes traces ni rayures, j'ai vraiment l'impression qu'il na jamais quitté sa station de rechargement :D
