Mar 06,2024AirPods droit commandé reçu mais ne fonctionne pas car impossible de le connecter malgré plusieurs tentatives et évidemment en respectant les consignes de couplage de plus des doutes que le produit soit un original Apple car l’AirPod ne tenait pas dans le boîtier de recharge Ensuite ils me demandent de retourner l’AirPod défectueux, ils ne m’ont pas remboursé les frais de port soit 20€ de frais de port pour un article qui ne marche pas

Feb 28,2024I have received my order, and there are a few issues I'd like to address: 1. The company website states that "Each device is disinfected before shipment," but mine arrived with some earwax. I'm quite certain it was not properly cleaned, which is disgusting. 2. Upon connecting the device, the sound seems to be fine, but unfortunately, the microphone is not functioning at all. I contacted customer support regarding these issues, and they apologized for the inconvenience. They requested that I send the item back to them at my own expense (they reimbursed the postage costs) and assured me they would send a replacement the next day. I have posted the item back, and they have received it, but as of now, my replacement has not yet been dispatched. This is very unprofessional.
