Nov 24,2023The pod I ordered had a different setting than the original pods, took me some tweaking to get it right. The volume is more muted. When on the phone with the AirPods, people can’t seem to hear me. So basically, I am unable to use these while calling.

Habe daraufhin eine Nachricht per WhatsApp an den Support geschickt und habe daraufhin super schnell ein neues Paket mit funktionierender Ware bekommen. Ich konnte auf Anfrage sogar meine Altgeräte zur Wiederverwertung mitsenden. Top Service und super nette und einfache Kommunikation!

Da ich den neuen Kopfhörer nicht in der "Wo ist" App des iPhones einbinden konnte, hatte ich erst Kontakt mit MyPods über Whatsapp, was sehr effizient war, da ich direkt Screenshots mitschicken konnte. Da wir keine Lösung fanden, wurde mir unaufgefordert ein neuer Kopfhörer zugeschickt, der dann auch sofort funktionierte und in "Wo ist" eingebunden werden konnte. Produktqualität und Service waren TOP - Danke!
