Jan 15,2020Saw this as a promotion on Facebook and signed up because I liked the concept. I already donate to various charities working in the same field, but I liked the different concept of helping and having the potential to win a prize. Great idea!

Jan 15,2020Dubious about the company and the subscription set up. After seeing a negative review on social media, I became a little suspicious and tried to cancel my subscription (just in case it is actually a scam). I was unable to do so through my online account (the option to cancel was a broken link). I sent an email to the support team who assured me that they had cancelled the subscription but in doing so, they had to lock my online account meaning I had no more access via their website. (I had essentially been locked out from changing my personal details). Despite this, 2 further attempts have been made to take the subscription monies despite multiple instructions to cancel the subscription.
