After not receiving my order for two weeks. I had a phone call to apologise and it arrived the next day via Royal Mail and is as described.
Item never arrived on the date stated, or anytime after. I emailed twice and left a message on their answer phone but had no response at all. Applied for a refund as when you pay by PayPal, this is immediate. Totally ignorant and terrible customer service. Please read the reviews on Trust Pilot before going anywhere near this company!!!
Quality service
Order with caution (or not at all) Order placed easily and all looked professional but after that total lack of communication with constantly amending delivery dates, when I called told me new date but had not even given them my name, so just chose to play safe and get refund via PayPal, money was back in my account within half a hour.
I ordered a black freezer and when they rang me app to say that the black freezer had been damaged and offered me a white freezer which I told them. I didn't want a white freezer and then they tried there hardes for me to have the white freezer for at least a week or so until. I demanded a refund
Ordered a chest freezer had confirmation but one week later and still no freezer! Got in touch with PayPal and got a full refund also emailed but no reply this is probably a drug front
Waiting for my freezer did not arrive when phoned told did not have that one I ordered. Took my phone call to find out.did not answer emails.not happy.
Damaged fridge Little response from company no action taken by them to resolve issue, will never use this company again.
Wrong item sent. No response to 3 follow up emails, 2 phone messages, and an input on the online portal that assured me someone would get back to me. Exasperated!
We ordered a bread maker and paid with order, but unfortunately the stock had run out, they promptly returned our money, so all good

Ordered from this company, wished I read the reviews first. Received delivery notification appliance not received, booked following week did not receive delivery, got tracking details but moth8ng updated on the system. Company refused to contact delivery firm. Communication was so poor. Waited all day and no notification or call letting me know there will be no delivery. Numerous messages sent to owner/manager pleading to contact delivery as taken tome off work for delivery and no time was allocated. Completely ignored me. Communication very poor, owner finally contacted me when paypal resolution case went in my favour. These companies are only bothered about their sales and money. No after care or responding to messages. **DO NOT ORDER** honestly avoid this company not worth the hassle or stress.
Everything went well no problem
Fridge arrived and had a large dent in the door, so disappointed. Collected and a new one delivered few days later. New fridge is lovely colour and looks great.
Quick to order and deliver
I placed an order on the 23/1/24. I checked on my online account, it says it will was delivered on the 23/1/24 and delivery completed. I never got anything. I called the next day, nothing. I have sent several emails, nothing. I don't know what else to do. 7 days later, I am still waiting for the freezer I ordered. Order number 13597. I am going to report this company to the office of fair trading. They should not be trading. I am going to keep telling everyone how bad they are. I will advertise this everywhere I can. I think they are fraudulent. Never seen anything like this.
Worst company ever, 3 non delivery’s. Excuses after excuses, they say Saturday is a holiday, what business is usually closed then. Told me on 3rd delivery that my house was closed, closed, I live in a house I’m not a company, he asked me if I wanted a picture of my house to prove that they came, ok, he could of got that from Google Maps. I requested a refund to be told 5 days. Now 10 days have passed, still no refund, so I contacted him again on both numbers, no answer, tried a couple of hours later, he then said he has put it through. He told me that 10 days ago. Now he said 3 days. Hooray it finally came.

May 22,2024Tv and tumble dryer Great experience using marks electrical decent website easy to order and great updates along the way I ordered a tv And tumble dryer on two separate occasions and both times was impressed good prices and always nice when the goods are delivered in house by there own drivers as opposed to random courier firms.
