Aug 07,2024This brand sells Carrier oils & essential oils as cosmetic products. Their oils appear to be good quality.However there is No expiry date or Best before dates( BBE) on any of the products from this shop! Similar suppliers in UK ( eg Naturally Thinking) that I have previously purchased from have Best Before dates on the label of their products especially when selling Carrier Oils as some oils like Grape seed oil for example & other polyunsaturated oils have a particularly short shelf life! Carrier oils have BBE dates depending on how long the supplier has had the oil in their warehouse which should be on the bottle labels so we customers have an idea when the best before dates are. They do have a symbol on the bottle that tells you how many months after opening the bottle it should be good for however Not opening a bottle does not mean the oil will last years. Hence disappointing that there is no BBE dates on the bottles.

Aug 05,2024Constantly out of stock of the larger quantities...but not the smaller which are much more expensive per ml. As they are a manufacturer who bottle the products it doesn't make sense. Customer service not willing to listen and got so defensive they were actually argumentative which was upsetting. A shame as the products are fantastic but the supply and service isn't good enough for a company to do consistent business with. I hope it changes as with such a great product and range it deserves to do well!
