Dec 21,2024J’ai toujours commandé de l’huile pour masser dans mon salon auprès de cette boutique, et jusqu’à présent, tout s’est toujours bien passé. Cependant, cette fois-ci, j’ai reçu ma commande avec les bouteilles cassées ! Surprise, car je n’avais jamais rencontré ce problème auparavant. J’ai donc refusé le colis et l’ai retourné immédiatement. Le processus est actuellement en cours. Comme j’avais besoin de l’huile en urgence, j’ai passé une nouvelle commande en utilisant un autre compte (pear_karat). La livraison a été rapide, mais j’ai remarqué que l’emballage avait changé : les matériaux utilisés sont beaucoup moins résistants, très fragiles, et il n’y avait aucune protection contre les chocs ! J’avais commandé 2 bidons de 5 litres chacun, soit un total de 10 litres, ce qui représente un danger réel en cas de fuite ou de casse. Malgré cela, je tiens à souligner que j’apprécie toujours autant la qualité de leurs produits.

Dec 19,2024Ho dovuto aspettare un pochino per la spedizione dei prodotti non so quale fosse il problema ma ha tardato un pò Per quanto riguarda i prodotti tutto bene a parte un piccolo problemino nel tappo di un olio odorava di rancido per fortuna solo il tappo e non tutto l'olio.
