Jan 15,2024We used Nancy Aiello Tours to plan a trip to Italy in October 2023 (surprise milestone bday trip). I first reached out in February 2023, and while communication was a little delayed at first (emails went to junk folder) and they wanted flights booked before they got into any real planning, the end result was a seriously great trip. I went over budget but don't regret it one bit, and it was not at the insistence of the company. They just made great suggestions and I wanted to pack a lot into our 10 day trip. I used the Venice to Rome Classic Italy Family Trip 10 day itinerary as a starting point and Enrico worked with me to find the hotels/rooms that I wanted and offered feedback on the experiences we might like and what could fit into the time we had in each city without overdoing it. We did ALOT, some things we could have planned on our own potentially saving a little money, but the convenience of having them plan everything was worth it. I'm always the planner, so it was such a relief to feel like all I had to do was show up and enjoy for once. All of our guides were great, on time, easy to get along with, and knowledgeable. Everything was planned perfectly. I was a little worried about using a lesser-reviewed company compared to the big names, but I wanted all private tours and an experience tailored just for us. It's exactly what we got. Enrico was happy to arrange calls with me when email just wouldn't cut it. Will definitely use this company again for future trips to Italy, and have recommended them to several friends already. If it's in your budget, highly recommend. Jul 21,2023Enrico made me a custom planned trip for my family. We spent 8 days in Rome. We had drivers pick us up in lovely Mercedes vans. They were always on time and pleasant. All our private tour guides were set up for us and were knowledgable and pleasant. He found us a hotel in a great location. We had no problems while we were there. It made the trip very easy and no stress.
