Sep 18,2021Corey is the most amazing Loan Officer I have ever come across in the past 30 years of owning a home and Refinancing. I contact Corey over a year ago but wasn't ready. I had received a call from another lender who led me on for months without getting my Refinance done. I called Corey and he was on point told me that if you follow what I tell you to do I will get your Refinance done in just a few weeks. Corey was able to close the loan within just a few weeks and has changed my life forever. I will never forget Corey as he was able to get me not only a great rate but the savings I needed in order to enjoy my golden years.

Ron Green went above and beyond to quickly get me a pre-approval and move me to closing. He answered all of my questions and was extremely responsive at every point in the process. He was kind, courteous, and made himself available on the day of closing for any questions. Nationwide Mortgage Bankers' online portal to submit and sign documents was extremely easy to use and convenient as well. I definitely recommend Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, especially Ron Green, if you are looking for a mortgage provider.

Sep 08,2021The processor was rude and condescending. She asked our gift donor if lending us the money would leave them destitute. When I asked why she reached out to them she said she was required to put couldn't provide the FHA guideline for the phone call. We had already provided the NMB gift letter from our donors, a copy of the check and copies of the withdraw and deposit slips for the gift. The entire process was painful and the mortgage company did not help, guide, explain or respond timely. We were asked to submit the same documents multiple times. We were provided a portal to upload documents that the processor didn't have access to so I had to send personal, banking, and financial documents via email. Multiple NMB employees were listed on the emails so my documentation was being sent to all of them with no clear indication of who they were and if I should be working with them or the original processor. NMB did not seem to be versed with individuals who worked as contractors/consultants. They insisted on items I didn't have (CPA letter, invoices, bills). Every time our paperwork was submitted to underwriting (3-5 times), it was a 5-7 day wait for a response. Our closing date was Friday and we did not receive final approval until Wednesday evening at 9pm. My realtor had to use different phone numbers to try and reach the broker and processor because they stopped answering calls from her cell phone. A busy housing marked is not an excuse for poor customer service.
