Jan 15,2024Very quick delivery and a free gift of hand cream with my order 😃 Have now had a chance to see if active care cream works after using for a week twice a day on my arthritic knees pain not gone completely but has eased somewhat , I am booked in for knee surgery so don't expect to be complete pain free but definitely helping

After a few days applying it to my hands and ankles there was a noticeable change in the pain and swelling, within a week the difference was remarkable. A very light, easily absorbed cream and smells lovely. I will be buying this again. Thank you Natural Skincare Factory.

Dec 22,2023EDIT - this morning I had a phone call from Adrian at Natural Skincare Factory. He was lovely, and very apologetic about my experience. He has assured me that this will not happen again and is sending me a free tube of the product I ordered. He didn’t need to do this - the fact that he called me and apologised was enough -, but he insisted. Wonderful customer care, I will certainly buy from them again. Original post - I like this product, and have ordered this twice before. Unfortunately, when I ordered it this time, I was told that it can’t be delivered to Guernsey. This is pretty rubbish, there have been no problems with previous two orders. I had to have it sent to a relative on the mainland and they will post it on to me. This shouldn’t be necessary, and I may well not order again.

Dec 13,2023I saw natural skincare products advertised in the sunday times and decided to try their Active Skin care Cream. Package arrived promptly and I have followed application instructions and have noticed an improvement in the particular joint mobility and a reduction in pain.
