Have used it several times too load PayPal balance and they usually get everything done instantly, but even when there are some technical issues, they are responsive. I was very skeptical at first so I only ordered the minimum price as a test but was happy when I saw that it got done really soon. Will be using Nepcent as my main way to load PayPal balance since they are cheaper than any other nepali website I found
