Communication was frequent, friendly and professional. Customer service was amazing and I would recommend anyone moving to use New Move.

Given that she also was not our representative we were very impressed with her diligence and effort put in to ensure exchange and completion were pushed on all sides.

Apr 14,2022I cannot praise one individual enough at NewMove. Ashleigh is an asset to the organisation. She single-handily managed the communication for everyone in the chain (I stress I was not a client of NewMove, but part of the chain that involved their services). She was communicative, supportive, and able to translate the technological process easily. Her support and constant communication were high-class. When she mentioned she was going to call, she did. She was knowledgeable of all instances in the chain, which meant a lot, considering I was solely handling an elder move. If I ever need NewMoves services, I will contact Ashleigh directly. She deserves a pay rise, and the organisation must do everything to keep her. She is an asset!

Oct 08,2021I have nothing but positive things to say upon reflection having now moved home. Nicki has been excellent throughout the process, kind, supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic to quite a stressful process. Unfortunately we needed to switch buyers a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances which meant we had 5 weeks to accept the final offer and move before our new home was ready (which also happened to be the stamp duty deadline!) Nicki and the team pulled out all the stops and somehow achieved this which left all parties (buyer, seller and Strata) very happy. Thanks NewMove!!

I wasn't even dealing with New Move personally as they were at the top of the chain (i believe my seller was buying a house through them) however New Move have been the glue that has held everything together throughout my move. Even more so than my personal estate agents and solicitors. Can't thank them enough.. Top service 👍🏻

Apr 20,2021We invited several estate agents before instructing New Move. We chose New Move for their realistic market appraisal and NOT making promises of “the biggest mailing list”. It only takes one person to buy. We were pleased with the marketing and calls were always answered. We also knew when prospective buyers were shown the property they were shown by Lee who was familiar with the property. Good recommendation for a solicitor for the conveyancing (thank you). The fees were very good and we would definitely recommend New Move.

New move arranged for the estate agents to visit and then handled all the dealings with the agents and the solicitors involved in the buying and selling of our home. This was out really well as it removed any chasing around from my side of things. We were given a weekly update as to progress and the whole process worked very well. If we were to move again I would have no hesitation in using new move again.

Dec 09,2022Upon being introduced to Ashleigh, the Home Move Progressor allocated to our lengthy chain, I could sense the professionalism she would deliver. And deliver Ashleigh did… with tenacity and diligence. Ashleigh kept all parties informed and efficiently escalated information up and down the chain, keeping it all on track and pulled off a pre-Christmas completion date that was not an easy feat given there is 7 in the chain. We, as a family, are grateful for Ashleigh’s hard work and effort in getting us this far. Ashleigh is a superstar and has pulled off the impossible for all to be satisfied and in our new homes this side of Christmas! Thank you and credit to Ashleigh!!
