What is required of you is to have all your paper works in check and to undergo some trainings to prepare you for the role you would be undertaking. All in all, it is a smooth process, very welcoming and warming. Melissa is always available and promptly answers to all your worries within her working hours, and would notify you when she’s out of office and who you should contact to solve your issue.
