Dec 04,2024After we had got the permit to drop the kerb at the front of our property Next Generation carried out the resurfacing of our drive and footpath. The work was done in 2 stages by 2 different gangs who carried out the processes in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.

Dec 02,2024The whole process, from sales representative through to completion was done efficiently and professionally. The guys who prepared the ground and laid the driveway were polite and courteous, they were all a friendly bunch. The garden was left clean and tidy and they even dealt with a couple of unexpected issues with the ground (an oil pipe that needed some repair). The finished product is fantastic, far better than I had imagined it would look. I would happily recommend Next Generation to anyone looking to get work done.

Nov 27,2024Just recently done our driveway.We were most of the times kept informed of delays due to weather and from the dig out and site preparation to the final finish. Very polite people and job done very quickly. We are truly happy with final results.

Nov 22,2024Further to the reply to my review from next generation. There reply is accurate however they wanted to do the drive in 2022 and earlier in 2023. They did not at that time tell me it was not workable I have questioned why they took an order for something not workable and also the money upfront for an unworkable design and keep it until over a year later presumably getting interest on it before finally telling me if this problem. Then only to offer refund for tracking and nothing for labour baffles me. The drive is only 15msq and at their price of £7500 they haven’t explained how they justify that. They cherry pick with their answer which I feel although correct totally incomplete. I wonder would they pay £7,500 for this size drive which is the cost after their offer if a refund if only £1800 for quote. The parts they did not use.

Every single person we have spoken too or met in person have been extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and the work completed at all stages has been flawless. We were kept well informed throughout the process and the groundwork and resin installation teams arrived on time, and left no mess behind. We are extremely happy with our new driveway and would highly recommend Next Generation Home Improvements.

Nov 02,2024A lot of hard work went into this preparation of the drive so that the finished product looked good, a good bunch of lads doing the work, but beware you need to stock up on plenty of sugar for their tea and coffee!! A small extra price to pay though but very much worth it.

Oct 26,2024We purchased a bonded resin drive from Next Generation and its been absolutely top notch service from initial purchase to installation. The sales representative was knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Sam, who we dealt with throughout gets a special shout out as she was just brilliant, even helping us get our garage door repaired when our door supplier let us.down. Everybody who has come out to do the work has been brilliant, helpful, friendly, and skilled. The driveway itself looks absolutely fantastic. The two-tone resin we've gone for looks like the high quality product it is, elevating the look of the whole house. We were initially looking at block paving, but we're so glad we went for bonded resin, it looks much better. Thoroughly recommend Next Generation to anybody thinking about home improvements, and we'll certainly use them again for other work in the future.

Had a small problem with a piece of equipment when laying the resin on the drive which tripped out our power, but a replacement was brought out and although it was getting quite late in the afternoon the work was completed. Very happy with the finished job.

Oct 18,2024A good company to deal with. This is the second time we have used Next Generation. After having a Resin Drive previously, we recently had our soffits and fascia replacement by them. Job was finished to a good standard. Any concerns, or points we were not sure or happy with, were addressed by their team.

Oct 12,2024Top job done by all at Next Generation From start to finish Next Generation have been constantly good every step of the way. We had a Bound Resin driveway areas down that used to be grass the preparation done to achieve a good finish was top draw 👍 I would recommend this company to anyone. Don’t get me wrong this type of product is not cheap abd that because a lot can go wrong is not installed correctly, there a lot of people about now installing Resin driveways as it is getting very fashionable now, however there are too many people getting away with doing sub standard installations and basically, we’ll I don’t have to tell you do I !! Honestly you might a bit pay more with NG, but far better to have the piece and mind of their 5 year warranty on every installation, than try and save a few £’s using someone else….remember people “Buy cheap…by Twice!!” don’t get caught out give these guys a shout 👍

Oct 06,2024Access to the site is rather restricted and they organised things very well. They also had to contend with a very difficult neighbour who complained throughout the day even though the work had no noticeable impact on her.

Oct 04,2024After a slow start and ourselves wanting to make sure there was enough soak away (patio slopes towards conservatory) the team came and did the work in a short time. Still very apprehensive until the first big down pour but when it did WOW not one puddle. Finished patio looks bigger, cleaner n brighter. Thank you to all the team n the ladies in office for my endless worries.
