After I placed the order, my manager wanted it ASAP. I called in, and it took maybe 5-10 minutes for the order to be changed and shipped out today. They were extremely helpful and wiling to help me. I was also told if I have any other questions or needed assistance to please call. The people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend your company not due to prices but for the customer service! Kudos!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Merry Christmas/Holiday and Happy New Year!

Having the part in stock and at a great price is the reason I do business with Next Security. Took a little extra time to get my account set up, and the process was a little confusing, that is the only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars. Never did get my resale certificate applied to this order.

I have nothing but praise for the Next Security crew. The prices are fair and the service is consistent. They actually make me feel that they appreciate my business. I normally go to local distributors to avoid shipping but Next Security is making it too easy to change stripes.
