Nightingales made this such a wonderful experience for my husband and I, we were looked after from the moment we entered the shop. The service from choosing to collecting the rings was excellent. We would highly recommend.

Right from the start from my enquiry she offered advice, options and support when meeting and exceeding my specific requirements for the engagement ring I was purchasing. She sourced the specific diamond quickly and reassured me throughout. Then when it came to the after service was just as good and even quicker, the ring that needed reizing was back in under a week. Highly recommended, the ring is truly stunning and could not have asked for more

Would absolutely recommend Nightingale to anyone, and we will be back.

Claire is very welcoming and knowledgable and understood exactly what we wanted, and the shop itself is gorgeous and a lovely environment to shop for/design your rings in. The rings are so beautiful and when my fiancé’s was a tiny bit big a resize was free and quick. We can’t wait to wear them every day!

Apr 05,2022Great service - flexible, accommodating, and very friendly. The staff offered a video consultation, and the process of ordering was very clear. I appreciate that Nightingale offer lab-grown diamonds and ethically-sourced recycled metal materials. I bought an engagement ring for my now-fiancée. Although I'd done quite a bit of research beforehand, the staff gave some useful advice on sizing.

Apr 04,2022I was completely clueless about anything jewellery related never mind understanding and actually being excited by looking for an engagement ring, but Claire did such a wonderful job in helping me get a grasps of it all. The ring is wonderful, it's exactly what I imagined and the whole ring designing process was not only painless, but really enjoyable. I can't recommend Nightingale enough to be honest.
