Always a bit of a worry buying an expensive item on line but very helpful staff and very prompt delivery very happy with my rugs and would buy from Nile Rugs again

When I saw the rug that I had ordered online was not suitable for my purposes, Nile had no problem with me returning it for a more suitable one.

Carpet is considerably more worn than we had anticipated from the advertised image and the description - including a couple of very bare spots - with one that is showing signs of probable eventual disintegration.
