Services; Paracise classes - Fun, low impact, gentle aerobic exercise classes Daytime classes across the Yate, Coalpit Heath, Winterbourne and Downend areas. Paracise is ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It may be accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad backs etc. Paracise can help improve balance, flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and improves feeling of wellbeing.
Pilates - mixed ability classes, Live and online available. Focusing on improving mobility, core stability, good alignment and relaxation. All equipment provided - you just need a mat!
Online women's resistance classes - 30 minute zoom classes using weights and resistance bands, fires up your metabolism, improve strength, stability, muscle tone and burn calories!
Women's personal training - tailored programmes available. Details on request.
Nina is thoroughly professional and runs brilliant exercise classes. In a year of attending Nina's super fun Paracise (tm) classes, and eating healthily, I have lost five stone in weight. She has kept me motivated and I couldn't have done it without her. The music choices in the classes are amazing, all classics, the moves are simple but effective and I am now more energetic, with stronger muscles and better balance, than before. I thoroughly recommend Nina Taylor Fitness to everyone. Especially if you have not exercised for many years or even if you have disabilities or are recovering from injury or illness. Nina's classes are always really enjoyable and will definitely improve your strength and fitness.
I started Nina’s paracise class as I have rheumatoid arthritis It is absolutely the best thing to do for exercise and the feel good factor.Nina makes the class great fun everyone is really friendly the music is amazing and it’s the best 45mins of my week .
I’ve been attending Nina’s Paracise class since 2019 after I had a hip replacement. It has helped me to become more mobile and helped with balance and stability. I’ve also made new friends.

I have been going to Nina's Pilates classes at Wick Village hall on Tuesday evenings. Nina is a brilliant teacher, makes you feel very welcome and always makes sure you are doing the moves correctly. I find that I sleep much better after Nina's Pilates classes and my balance has improved a lot as well! Definitely recommend!

Jul 06,2022Nina is a knowledgable and very approachable fitness instructor. With a range of classes to suit all ages and fitness levels. I have personally experienced both on line and in person classes. The various classes that I have taken part in as follows:- Paracise (both in person and on line) Lift and Lean (on line) Palates (on line) Nina will also give personal advice on all aspects of fitness so that the student gets the maximum benefit from which ever class is chosen. I can personally recommend Nina as a personal instructor or class instructor as I experienced both.
