The champagne brown noir frames was not in stock so they sent me a email saying not in stock I can pick from and other pair or a refund the day after the email I checked the website they were back in stock my thing is this why didn’t I get another email to say they was in stock and going to be shipped to me

5 days after placing the order online I was told the item was actually out of stock Disappointed as if was told when placing the order I would’ve ordered an item that was in stock and it would of got to me in time for my trip

I order glasses from the site 3-4 weeks ago and still have not received the pair till this day even though on the site it mentions delivery takes 2-5 days.
