Jul 11,2023My plants came all messed up. There were plugs and dirt everywhere. I then called to report and left a message, no one called back. Update- I was contacted by Elizabeth and she was very helpful and prompt. The issue was resolved and I look forward to doing more business with NCF.

Jun 21,2023Mums were badly damaged once arriving. Tried to call twice now and was told someone would get back with me and still haven't heard from anyone. Had one full tray that suffered shipping damage and aren't going to come out of it.

My daughter's have an FFA Supervised Agricultural Experience and have been working with this company for 4 years. They make everything right! Our mums were detained an extra day from the delivery company, so we got wilted mums. They sent the entire batch again without charge to my girls! Highly recommend North Carolina Farms 🏵
