May 04,2022This is a follow up to the review of the Provence lavender and Arp Rosemary I received two weeks ago from NCF. I ordered them the first of March so they would be ready to sell by Mother's Day. When I received them they were only about a half inch tall and had very few roots on them. I sent them an email and pictures right away. The lavender had brown edges and looked really small. I was told they would grow and if I lost any to let them know. I had to reorder my plants from HillCrest Nursery. They were 58 dollars per 100 compared to 70 dollars for 100 at NCF. They arrived in five days and the lavender was around 2.5 inches tall and the rosemary was 4 inches tall. They have beautiful roots and I could pot them and sell right way. I sent NCF pictures showing them the plants side by side. I was told they would pass it on. That is all I have heard from them. I sent pictures two days ago showing them that the lavender they sent is dying. Half has already died and the rest is looking bad. I have not heard a thing back from them. The rosemary IS living and growing and I may get to pot them in about three more weeks. I have been in business 22 years and these are the worst plants I have received from any company and customer service as well. I wasted my money and that three months waiting on them. If you want the best herbs I suggest you order from Hillcrest Nursery and Jolly Farmer. They have the healthiest plants and great customer service and they are cheaper as well. I wanted to give NCF plenty of time to make this right before I posted a bad review. I guess I can chalk it up to a learning experience and I will never make this mistake again. 70 dollars down the drain.

May 03,2022North Carolina farms was very helpful in the order process. I was satisfied with the quick shipping. I was a little disappointed in the size of the plugs. The plants we’re about 1-2” tall and the roots were about 3/4” in diameter by 2” deep. Definitely very frail and will need to be babied for a while. Otherwise, It was all good!

Apr 22,2022I ordered back in March so I could have Provence lavender and Arp rosemary for my customers this May. Got my order Wednesday and the plants were only about a half inch tall and barely rooted. They are going to have to grow much bigger to be able to handle such small plants without killing most of them. By the time they are big enough to sell. the season will be over. I have gotten the same plants from them before with no problems. They are usually full and ready to sell. I had to order from another company after this to have them in stock for my customers. I sent pictures and am waiting to hear back from them. The rest of my plants were ok.

Apr 20,2022The plants I received were high quality and as expected. The only issue I had was with the shipping company, box was flipped over and half of the plants were out and damaged. I know this wasn’t the fault of North Carolina Farms though.

May 18,2022These folks are amazing. I placed my order online. Double checked - looked good. Days later I realized I Didn't order the main plant I needed! I called and asked if I could still order/ship with the latest order. They were able to. 🙌
