Most of the rooted cuttings arrived in really good condition, one tray got pretty beat up during shipping but the customer service made it right. The rooted cuttings are thriving and so healthy, I’m really appreciative of the customer service and quality!

Our plants were healthy and on time.
All the plugs arrived out of the tray, packing is horrible. Most of the plugs were loose, and ended up in different trays. Unable to tell the different colors and varieties apart. Some plugs were so damaged from bouncing around they were unusable.
They make it easy....great plants.

My first order had an issue due to UPS. North Carolina Farms were very helpful in getting a replacement order to me as quickly as possible. I will definitely order from them again due to the high quality of the plants provided and for their excellent customer service.
Plants were in excellent shape. The only problem I see is that UPS is rough with the boxes and some plants get damaged from handling. But North Carolina replaced the plants within a week.

One tray out of seven was missing I thought, but was under the tray and crushed. Have been babying them. First order, not impressed.
Advertise fall mums as "3 COLORS Per Tray" but in fine print it is "3 varieties per tray" and they refused to refund/replace when they sent me a tray of 4 "varieties" and 3 were yellow. I double checked the website, it is absolutely advertised as "3 COLORS" not "3 Varieties". Edit: 7/9 NC Farms reviewed the photos I submitted and my order again and agreed I was sent a much higher percentage of one color and sent me a partial refund. I very much appreciate that they took the time and effort to do this, although I wish their customer service rep had believed me and offered a better solution other than "just order more" the first time I raised the issue. Thank you NC Farms, I hope my customers really really like yellow mums this year :)
