All good. The paint did the job and was easy to apply to a garden wall. Worth noting is that the plastic bucket that was delivered contained two bags of powder paint, each 5kg.

I'm very happy with the paint I received. There was a small mix up on 1 of the paints but customer service dealt with it immediately and in a very courteous manner. I would recommend Northern paints and coatings to anyone.

The company was amazing, I required some samples and they listened to my queries and guided me in the right direction, the samples I ordered online which was so easy to do and arrived promptly, brilliant customer service from a company with a wealth of information and knowledge for a product they sell which is hard to find these days. After searching for a while on a product suitable for painting a solid stone wall house with lime render which needed to breath i contacted Northern Paint and Coatings as i believe the company should be able to answer all relevant questions or concerns that i may have. After talking to David with all his knowledge on the Snowcem Plus Masonry Paint i purchased a few samples to colour test. The samples were to rich in colour for my liking so decided to mix my own with Super White as the base. David sent out more of what i thought would suit and decided on a 3 - 1 Super White to Off White mix. David was a great help in explaining the best way to apply the paint. After letting sit for a week to look at in different light i purchased 10 x 10kg tubs and requested a few empty tubs for mixing in. The cost of postage to Northern Ireland was only £6. It actually arrived only 48 hours after the ordered was processed which same as a second class letter.....brillant service. if you phone and phone is engaged or David on another call he will phone you back straight away. None of this phoning and waiting for hours or days. Great personal service and backup.

I phoned a couple of times to check coverage and quantities, very helpfuly each time. Delivery fast (2 day, even to Northern Ireland after Brexit!). Paint looks great. Highly recommended.
