Jul 24,2020We ordered a large amount of Snowcem paint in dove grey and brilliant white. Whilst there were issues trying to contact Northern Paints and coatings, we didn’t feel the need to complain too much as we had ordered during lockdown. However whilst we had no issue with the Dove Grey paint, we had issues with the white. It didn’t matter what ratio we used, it was really chalky and rubbed off. We used up a lot of paint, just experimenting, to no avail. We have contacted the company via email to request It is returned and4 times in the last 4 months. We have tried calling numerous times and seem to be out through to a centralised answering system which take a message, but nobody gets back to us. We were initially told they were referring the matter to their technical department, but have heard nothing to date, despite the constant emails. We are now left with numerous bags of white paint which are beyond their use by date and have had to purchase more snowcem which we had no issues with.

Jul 17,2020Price delivery and communication were all fine. Only slight issue was the fact that the paint was manufactured 14 months previously and the manufacturers shelf life is 12 months- but northern paints assured me that it should be good for 2 years- so hopefully I will have no issues?
