Once again, outstanding customer service from David and his team, but in particular, David. When a customer makes a daft error and the boss sorts it out the next day, and the product arrives the day after followed by a prompt partial refund, you know you're dealing with someone who cares passionately about their customers and their business.

Good informative website. The company supplied the products quickly. Snowcem is an excellent product - easy to apply with a good finish. We repeated our order to finish off the cottage - it looks great. Would definitely use again when we need to repaint it.

Northern Paints very kindly rang me to ask if I really wanted 2 containers of primer. I didn't. It was a website error. They arranged a refund. I was impressed with their proactive attitude.

Low delivery fee and prompt delivery. I painted my garage this weekend with two coats and it's looking good so far. The paint was easy to mix and went on well.
