They went above and beyond, we asked for aesthetic changes to one of the controllers and they made them look wonderful and even added a free backplate to make them look even better. I highly recommend Nova.

His TikTok lives provided a place to ask my questions about the mods I brought and he was really helpful and gave me all the information that I needed . Jan 31,2025I gave nova controllers both my ps5 pro controllers to repair, one was completely dead from water damage and they managed to bring it back to life working like its brand new again! They also fixed my stick drift on my second controller again feels brand new! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who needs their controllers fixed.

I had been having issues with the thumbsticks, and within a few days of sending it in, I got it back in perfect working order. The turnaround time was quick—much faster than I expected—and the repair was done flawlessly. The giguy at Nova Controllers really knows what they're doing. Not only did they fix the problem, but my controller also feels brand new again. I can tell they take great care in their work, and I appreciated the communication along the way. He kept me updated on the status and were easy to reach with any questions. I would really reccomend this guy if your looking for perfect service and quality!!

Jan 26,2025Always write a review where it’s due… I’ve been looking for someone to repair my scuff for a while now, company’s not responding or interested… came across Nova controllers on TikTok live and found out he was very local! dropped my controller in the afternoon and it was ready to collect by 9pm. Video updates were great to see what had been done! Absolutely fantastic service buddy! Thank you so much! Feb 26,2025Sent my Scuf in for new TMR Sticks and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I happened to be scrolling Tik tok and saw him do everything live, he talked you through everything he was doing, did an overall health check on the controller then he checked to see if his interchangeable sticks would fit and luckily they did so I purchased those as well to get the extra long right stick. If you need a controller repair or are looking for a new Pro controller then don’t go anywhere else other than here.
