Sep 28,2022Was playing a slot game and had won €15 within a few spins i withdrew this from my account and continued playing the slot game a few moment later I won 10 euro i attempted to withdraw this also and the screen froze with timer spinning after some time i closed the withdraw screen and return to the game to realise the game was also froze with an error message telling me to refresh thus leaving the game i was on that was on a little winning streak, I had no option but to closed the website, i went back in to website, the website had a message "Novibet is currently down for scheduled maintenance. We expect to be back soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding". There was no warning that scheduled maintenance was to take place! I would not had begun gambling had been warned that there was scheduled maintenance and that i was going to be thrown out of game (made worse by ending a winning streak) Suspiciously some may say... though clearly there was a lack fairness and consideration for customers here.

Oct 24,2022Novibet are only getting established in Ireland but my experienced has been very good. Good and intelligent staff that know how to deal with your queries and do so without delay. There is importantly a phoneline to reach out to so there is no hiding behind chat services or emails although the chat service is also good. Fast withdrawals like their main competitors PP and BS in this market. There are still some minor glitches in the software like password recovery and sometimes connectivity but I am sure they will get that sorted as they seem very professional. I would have no hesitation to recommend them as an alternative to the other main players in the market and of course they are much better than the outfits that do not provide a phone line which they do so for a reason and normally not good reasons.
