Oct 03,2019It is a good place to buy stuff, simple and fast, with an option to see your local currency, and it was great to see that I could actually pay using my credit card instead of paypal (I didn't have an account at the moment). There was not a size chart available for t-shirts even when there's a "button" to see it, when you click, it opens the link for the shirt, not the sizes details, so I had a hard time figuring out which size to order, I ended up buying a couple of small t-shirts and they were tighter of what I expected, maybe next time I'll go with medium. Shipping price was 28 euros (30 dlls) from Germany to Mexico, and delivery took 1 month and a half, kind of expensive for an "economic" label in the box but I thought it was going to take longer, so I'm not complaining that much. I may buy stuff from them again, but not having a working size chart for t-shirts is a problem.

Sep 19,2019I placed an order with them on June 21, 2019. They sent an email confirming my order right away. They were happy to take my paypal funds right away. That was 3 months ago. That's the last I ever heard from them. No communication. No product. Money gone. These guys suck. ------------- Update: After opening a Paypal dispute they answered in a very friendly and professional manner. About a week later they shipped the items I ordered. I have to admit - they were nice items and the packing was excellent.

Aug 23,2019Orderd here 3 times. Once a vest, other two time's cd's/ vinyls. Fast shipping, good prices and well packaged. Was scared at first cause of the other reviews, but never got a damaged item.

May 12,2019Solange alles in Ordnung ist, gibt es keine Probleme. Wehe dann, man hat ein Problem, dann bekommt man dumme Sprüche um die Ohren gehauen und läuft wochenlang seinem Geld hinterher. Auf Nachfrage, wo das Geld bleibt, bekommt man nur faule Ausreden. Unprofessionell. Noch eine Anmerkung, mittlerweile lässt auch die Produktqualität von Nuclear Blast sehr zu wünschen übrig, nur noch billig, billig, billig zu hohen Verkaufspreisen.

Made a preorder waited a whole month, got the wrong item, because they don't know how to count the records they have, so they sent me a inferior copy and didn't bother to warn me about it. Utterly unprofessional, unpolite, money greedy and don't care about the customers!

Sep 27,2018Ich habe neulich den SALE genutzt und eine Bestellung aufgegeben die fast ausschließlich aus Kleidung aus der Nuclear Blast Eigenmarke bestand. Zwar habe ich mich über die schnelle Zustellung gefreut, doch leider musste ich einen Großteil der Waren zurück senden. Teilweise war die Größenangaben eher unzuverlässig (entsprach nicht der Größentabelle und eine XS war größer als ein anderes Kleidungsstück in S), einpaar der Artikel waren bereits vor dem Versand beschädigt bzw mangelhaft verarbeitet. Die Rückabwicklung klappte allerdings problemlos. Der Warenwert inkl. Rückversandkosten wurden innerhalb einer Woche erstattet. Ich werde in Zukunft bestimmt nochmal bestellen und empfehle den Shop gerne weiter, denn die Preise sind vor allem im Sale sehr günstig und die Kleidung gefällt mir optisch sehr. Die Verarbeitung ist, wenn denn keine Mängel vorhanden sind, vollkommen in Ordnung für den Preis. Nur würde ich mir wünschen, dass Nuclear Blast die Größenangaben überarbeitet/anpasst und mehr auf Verarbeitungsfehler und Beschädigungen achtet.

Sep 23,2018Früher mal ein Top-Laden, heute leider nur noch Kommerz. Bei meiner Bestellung war Mainstream Werbung beigelegt für Kinofilme und anderer Mist. Die Bestellung stelbst kam deutlich schneller wie bei EMP und die Preise sind noch vertretbar. Ich habe bestellt weil ich eine limitierte Platte wollte. Alles in allem ok, aber mit Luft nach oben.

Jan 18,2018Die Auswahl von NB ist unangefochten gut, die Preise auch, jedoch sind die Lieferspesen sehr hoch .. sodass ich eben oft bei Amazon bestelle, aber wer Metal Fan ist und ALLES finden will, ist bei NB richtig.

Oct 31,2016Nuclear blast choose to complete and dispatch an order 3 days after I had cancelled it. The following procedure of returning the item - or rather getting reimbursed for both the item and the cost of having to ship back the item, which I had to cover- ended up taking 3 months, where I repeatedly had to contact the company via phone and email for progress and furthermore was asked to forward my bank details via email to get my refund. The whole experience has been highly unprofessional and the worst service an I have ever experienced from an online shop.

Nov 30,2012I ordered a shirt 5 days ago that I had originally ordered from Corpse Clothing nearly 3 months ago and never received. I just received it in the mail! They were so prompt (Denmark to California in 5 days is pretty darn good!), I didn't mind paying a little bit more for the shirt and shipping. No rude, nasty emails, no waiting and wondering, no faulty customer portal. Website is very easy to use, and they were very quick to process and ship my order. I will definitely order from them again! :-)

Feb 11,2020Alles in allem ok! Bei Pre-Order Verzögerungen wird man umgehend informiert. Service war immer A1. Der 'Katalog' lässt aber von Jahr zu Jahr nach. Außer man sucht nach den 'Big Player'n'. Allerdings ist NB immer noch meilenweit besser als EMP. Die lim.edit.Boxen waren mal mit mehr Liebe aka. Overkill-Glowing-Skull, Nile Pyramide usw, ihr wisst schon ;)
