I’ve now made 3 purchases from Nutrition Faktory, the first order had a few issues and after reaching out a few times I was issued a refund and a coupon code. I made my second purchase about a month after the first and it was mostly to use the code. I fell in love with my second product which led to my third purchase! I’m happy and enjoying my products and will make future purchases!

I've used multiple stores that sell supplements, but Nutrition Faktory is my absolute favorite! Their customer service is phenomenal! If their is any issues such as, a supplement running out they are quick to get in contact with you and see how they can replace it! :) Definitely will continuing to order from Nutrition Faktory.
