I had zero knowledge about air purifiers but I heard a lot of good things about having it in the house especially when you have a baby. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and recommended me the best product so far, Austin Air. My wife noticed that I don't sneeze anymore, I usually have bad allergies. Thanks for the recommendation and great customer service, Alex!

There has been a significant decline in my allergy symptoms since I started using it and I can say that it is definitely worth the investment.

We really like our Air Pura machines - they are quiet enough and seem to be working great-- we have several in our office and like the look and quality of the machine. He was also helpful on which air purifier suited our needs best.
