Jul 22,2024From my initial order to delivery followed by two further deliveries I have been really impressed with this company. The lady who took my order was really helpful and very professional. She is a credit to the company. Then the delivery drivers who placed the order exactly where I needed it and with a smile on their faces. The people who work here are an exceptional lot. However the pièce de résistance was the turf. It is fantastic quality and instantly transformed my garden. It took quickly and knitted together nicely. It is a lush green and feels wonderful underfoot. It was easy to lay and unlike some of flimsy tuft out there this held together nicely. My gardener was so impressed he wanted the company details so that he can spread the word. Overall I can’t recommend this company high enough. If you want quality tuft at a good price give them a call! You won’t be disappointed!!

Jun 08,2024I recently purchased top soil and turf from Oakley Turf farm. I received excellent service and the soil and turf were excellent. The turf has now been down 2 weeks and it is a lush green lawn. This company provides first class turf.

May 04,2024100% recommend this company. Ordered 850kg of play sand for my grandsons new sandpit. Easy process, did the online calculations from the sizes on the box and it came up with what seemed a lot but, sand weighs heavy. Arranged delivery for Friday 3rd may. Had quick response email, I'd left precise directions where it was to be left and how to get to mine, not easy to find and down a narrow single track no through Rd. Driver called me a few times to arrange somewhere to park and unload the heavy bag. Lovely chap, so polite, never felt rushed throughout. I knew it was tight turn for him to get a large, long and wide lorry in. Oil lorries only just make it. He had to park almost half mile away down a wide farm track laid down for harvest vehicles. Off loaded and delivered exactly to where I wanted the sand left. Advised me to cover it as it was raining pretty hard then. Not a word of complaint driving all that way down that single track Rd which gets a lot of horseboxes and other large farm vehicles. I cannot fault the whole process and if I ever need top soil, bark chips, etc, I will definetly use this company. Excellent service from order to delivery.

Apr 28,2024I pre-ordered turf, compost and some lawn sand, the website was easy to use, pricing easy to follow and the communication from order to delivery (just one reminder) was perfectly balanced. The delivery itself was effortless and efficient. I laid the turf the same day as delivery and its now received its first very light cut and looks great. I have used many suppliers in the past and this has been by far the best experience and quality of product. Thank you

Sep 18,2023We just had 4tonnes of topsoil, 1 tonne of raised bed soil mix and 47square metres of garden turf delivered. Both soils were great quality and best i have ever seen. The 47 rolls of turf 1st class quality and not a single one had any damage and looked so much fresh. From the 1st call Lisa helped me to order the correct quantity and then it arrived on time. The person delivered so careful and placed the bags and the turf as i asked without any fuss. Great service and great products. I will be ordering the next batch in couple of weeks.

May 21,2023Hi Just wanted to leave a review of the service & product delivered to me on the 19/05/2023. I had read lots of horror story reviews on other suppliers with late/no delivery, very bad product very thin with holes yellow/dry etc. I was absolutely delighted I chose Oakley Turf Supplies, the service was excellent, I was keep informed of the progress of my order, sent a reminder my delivery was coming, it arrived mid-morning with the driver very helpful in where we wanted it the product was as you advertise on your site, uniformed roll size, slightly damp, and a lush green colour of the top roll right the way through until the last roll on the pallet. Well done & thank you for such a good first experience in buying /laying turf. Great service....great product....great price.

Apr 18,2023Fantastic company to deal with. We had no idea how much topsoil/turf we needed, but the very friendly lady who took our call got it absolutely spot on with very little waste. The delivery man was also polite and incredibly helpful so from beginning to end, the service was fabulous. Would high recommend.

Mar 02,2023We wanted to buy some hardwood chip for our chicken enclosure.So many companies we contacted said yes they sold it,only for it to be made of softwood! We found Oakley Turf online,and they have been fantastic.The hardwood chip we ordered is great. The service and communication cannot be faulted. Really pleased,would definitely recommend.

May 20,2022I ordered from Oakley Turf as they not only had the best price for top soil in the area they were also the only one where I was able to select the date I wanted it to arrive. I ordered two large bags and 40sqm of turf. Delivery was prompt, they were quick to unload and careful not to crack the driveway. The soil is dry (so light) and fine. There were no lumps of clay, no stones. Really high quality. The turf is AMAZING. I have always struggled to grow grass but this lot has been down just two weeks and it is already about 8cm long and well rooted. I could not be happier.
