Jan 01,2025Usually a great service but this time after my FDA matured I had a great difficulty into converting it into a new easy access account. Had to phone and email twice before I was advised that a Joint Easy Limited Account was not available for Joint Applications.

Dec 31,2024They seem to be clear in communications ie. It is not too hard to understand what you need to do eg.opening an account. I have strongly suggested that they really ought to offer much better savings rates to pensioners who have been loyal to them for quite a considerable time.
