Feb 03,2022Circa 2019: First I bought MS Office for five yrs & 5 users which worked seamlessly - I did have a trial copy installed as one reviewer above had mentioned in his 5-star review; mine won't get so many stars. Next, I bought Windows 10 Pro, installed anew - i.e.: not an upgrade - on a Mac Bootcamp partition. Worked great and it still does. I've been not so lucky on the MS Office side. Worked perfectly but then 2 yrs later all users get: "your software about to expire, please renew your subscription". W.t.heck? AND, "officemediasoftware.com" now goes to a different website selling an unrelated product. However, "officemediasoftwareS.com" - note the "s" at the end in "softwares", does go to a site that reminds me of theirs by its look, it's similar in appearence. I emailed that company and am awaiting a reply

Aug 14,2020scam scam scam stay away, none of the numbers work, web chat leaves you hanging as 1st in queue and never responds, site need to be taken down... purchased tax software had to go to tax site to purchase a real copy.

Nov 30,2019This is a scam. They sell software that exceeds the maximum number of activations/users allowed. Mine worked for several months before I was locked out. They sent me two more logins - one worked once and the other one failed immediately. Stay away.

May 01,2019I'm not sure about the problems other people have been having... I bought my copy from them, installed, and things were peachy. (I'm pretty sure if you just buy the activation key you'll need to download a trial of the office program first and then enter the key once the software has downloaded...that's how I've done it with other software). I won't say I love 2016 office as I think some things are more cumbersome than earlier versions...but this is the real software and I've had no problem with it, so 5 stars for that.

Oct 18,2018Purchased several MS Office keys. First key required phone activation to work at all, the others would not activate or exceeded the maximum number of activations. It's obvious these are not Microsoft-authorized keys. Stay away.

Oct 18,2018Fake keys that don't activate on Microsoft's online system. They send their own links and tell you to phone activate. One key they sent us had been activated 5 times already.

Oct 27,2017I had some issue with the software, I called them, and they were absolutely wonderful! They listened as I explained the error messages I was receiving. In just a matter of minutes, they had it all fixed! This is a great company, and the support team is extremely knowledgeable.

Apr 22,2024I had an unfortunate experience with my checking account. It was compromised and I immediately closed it and transferred my funds to a new account. My payment to you did not clear and I called MC (date:4/1/24) and followed up with a letter of explanation and a new check. From that point forward it has been a nightmare of phone calls to your so-called help line and no was really interested or understanding. I made payment on the following. dates; 3/25/24; 4/16/24; and my service was cut-off. I was told that my account was up-to-date on 4/16/24 with a demand for another payment in the amount of $165.21 (service was cut off) part of which was $49.00 for a technician to turn our service back on. I waited the better part of one day and he never showed up. Now MC is telling me I have a credit of $71.57!!! Did anyone check my payment history or credit rating? I asked for a complete accounting of this fiasco and have not heard from MC. Your company is typical of the so-called digital age; no reasonable humaneness. I feel like I am surrounded by flesh eating beetles.
