Dec 23,2021Great service from Kelly in the office - unfortunately my item was sent incorrectly but she followed it through and made sure everything was sorted out - and friendly and human to talk to as well!! Despite the contretemps I would not hesitate using Office Stationery again - in my view the important thing is not that a mistake is made (we are all human), it is how it is dealt with, and they score 10 out of 10.
