Dec 15,2020Ordering process was straightforward, parcel arrived promptly. Unfortunately 3 of the 10 folders arrived damaged. The box in which the order had been transported was a little worse for wear, probably more the courier’s fault rather than Office Stationary, although there was no packing protection to help save bumps and tears e.g. at the corners.

My email saying so was promptly acknowledged (by Kelly) who arranged a fresh delivery which arrived within 24 hours. She was very fine at being in touch without delay, not making excuses, being good humoured, and efficient. She made the glitch almost a pleasure to deal with! She certainly impressed as to the excellence of Office Stationery's personnel.
