May 20,2020Ordered over a week ago for next day delivery, but still not turned up. Might arrive today apparently (though the fact that I've had this request for a review suggests it's been tagged as delivered again). Not entirely sure what is going on, to be honest. Following reply (below)... Stated delivery date was 12th-13th May (it's now 20th May). There's nothing wrong with the delivery address - we've been here 10 years - and I'm looking at it again now on the order - it's spot on. Super-confusing to get a 'How did we do' when the parcel hasn't been delivered - gives the impression it has been delivered to the wrong place again :-( Would be helpful to have access to online tracking, so that we know what's going on. Update 22nd May ... Very impressed over the last couple of days by the effort the staff have put in to tracing our order, sending a back-up delivery in case the first didn't make it, regular phone calls with updates of what's happening - a lot of effort has been put in to ensuring that we were all sorted - really good :-)
