Sep 22,2023Ordering online was brilliant and exceptionally easy; when I phoned u with a query, the gentleman was very helpful and I was advised I'd get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery - great! However ... having waited in until 5.45pm, a few minutes after I then went out I was notified the delivery driver turned up; he said he hadn't been given my phone number. Fortunately I was able to arrange for someone to take delivery as a signature had to be provided. I've spoken with Oil Tank Supermarket so they are aware of my feedback prior to my review going live, here; they were fantastic but I think they were let down by their delivery service.

Jan 09,2024Still haven't received my tank said it would be Friday so took a days holiday. It did not turn up. Then they said monday between 3 and 5 . Its six another half days holiday wasted . Not sure if i will ever get the tank that ive payed in full for . Im starting to wonder if this is a scam totally pissed off as you can imagine
