Nov 10,2024I would give the lady I dealt with on the phone 5 stars for customer service and I did get the rest of my order promptly. It had been overdue for a month. When I went on OWCO website, the retail sales phone number I was directed to was incorrect. I then went to the wholesale phone number and was able to make contact with a retail sales customer rep.
