Oct 29,2024I ordered ornaments in September, however did not get them. Sent a message a week ago and got a fast respond. My order was lost. I wish somebody could have sent me this longer ago. I could have ordered everything again. However I am afraid my ornaments will not be on time in The Netherlands. I do appreciate you respond to my mail so fast. I never had problems, every order was always on time and you always responded to my questions very fast . Would like to thank you for that. Did sent already a respond to the latest mail I got from you. The center you sent everything with international did let me know anything, only that the package was delayed every (almost) 2 days. My order number was 511649
