Oct 23,2024Como punto positivo puedo valorar la rapidez de envío, así como el material con el que cuentan. Como punto negativo, la política de devoluciones. Eso de que no preguntan por qué lo devuelvo, no es del todo verdad. Compré una cuerda de escalada de 70m, y detecté dos deshilachados, que podían ser peligrosos a la hora de escalar, y sobre todo en una caída. Llevo 2 días desde que puse el correo para devolverla y que me la cambiaran, y la respuesta ha sido que tienen que hablar con Mammut, que son los fabricantes. Lo único que he hecho ha sido estrenarla en el rocódromo en 2 vías. A la segunda vi los deshilachados. Considero que no deberían haber puesto pegas, y haberme recogido esta y cambiado por otra, sin esperar a ver qué dice Mammut.

Oct 22,2024While the product and costumer service were correct, the delivery (with UPS) was very inconvenient (which is not unusual with UPS). I know it is not the seller's fault, but I don't think I will purchase anything else from them if they only offer UPS as the delivery company. It is just worth the hassle :/

Oct 22,2024UK: I hadn't ordered from them before, but saw a comment on here saying a UK user had paid customs duty on a parcel from them (followed by a comment from Oliunid apologising and saying they'd rectified their processes). I emailed Oliunid to check I definitely wouldn't receive customs charges, and they confirmed this AND said they'd re-imburse if I did. I ordered a set of La Sportiva TX4s at a great price (free postage due to value) and 5 days later (despite them being in Italy) it arrived on my door with no extra charges. EXTREMELY impressed, I've yet to find a consistant European outdoor equipment supplier since Brexit :-( but it looks like Oliunid could be it!
