Feb 17,2024On 2 January I returned two garments as they were poor quality. It is now 16 March and I still haven't received my refund. This is not an ethical company and as I haven't received my refund it is also a dishonest company.

Feb 14,2024Goods not delivered and despite a promise to refund the money nothing has been received. Do not trust them. As of 21st Feb 24 still no refund, they send emails saying sorry please be patient.

Feb 02,2024DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a scam! Exactly the same happened to me as happened to another customer. I thought I was buying a knitted 3D Christmas jumper and it turned out to be a cheap, tacky nylon top with a picture of a Christmas jumper on it! When I tried to get a refund they said I had to pay the cost of posting it back to China. CRIMINALS!

Feb 02,2024I posted a review outlining the bad experience I had with this company who sent me an item which was blatantly not the same as was in the illustration. They were stone walling me regarding a refund but once I started proceedings with my credit card company they gave me a full refund. My advice is don't buy from them but if you have and are sent the wrong item go to your credit card company for help. I doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews posted on Trustpilot.

Jan 29,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM Despite saying London in the title, they are based in China. The goods sent are an absolute joke compared to the items advertised. I was incredibly lucky and have received a refund, but had already started a chargeback (section 75) on my credit card as I didn't think I would get anywhere. If you return the item because it is not as advertised they take that as you have changed your mind and so will not offer free returns. The cost for returning an item could be over £10. Please avoid this company and don't make the same mistake as me. Just read the other reviews.

The item I purchased was a knitted sweater with a round neck but the thing which arrived was a very poor quality t shirt style garment with a hood and drawstring neck - nothing like the illustration. The positive reviews posted here will be false ones - they’re swindlers.

I ordered what was advertised as a woollen Christmas tree jumper.It is a chaps tacky nylon feeling top that is printed with Christmas trees. This company needs to avoided at all costs. I contacted them to ask for a return label but was refused the cast ! As if I’m going to post this back to china !! I thought it was a uk company !! Terrible !

Perhaps the price should have made me think it was too good to be true. It is a chaps tacky nylon feeling top that is printed with Christmas trees. This company needs to avoided at all costs. When I opened the pack I immediately smelt a rat at there was no return label, I thought it was coming from the uk and not China. I thing the bag it has been packed in is worth more than the jumper!!

As other review stated it was a nylon top with a printed Christmas tree jumper on it! £20 to return it so in the bin it goes! The post office staff said they see this all the time! I am annoyed as I did look at the Trust Pilot reviews on the Oliver London website, through Instagram, and they were really good?!! Complete con!

Jan 25,2024Wish I’d read other reviews before ordering. Thought I was ordering a Christmas Jumper but got an inferior tee shirt with a photograph of a knitted jumper on it! Tried to return and after pricing the cost of return (£16) to get £34.99 back decided like another customer to donate to charity so they might get a few pounds for it! They are mis-selling and need to be stopped!

Jan 24,2024If I could give a big fat ZERO, I would. It's a very well thought through scam. Operating from Hong Kong (which, tbh is stated on their website), the website is styled to fit the 'original' prices for items that make it all look premium, well made, and expensive, with a very high discount. Later, but too late, I also noticed that none of the items on the website had a detailed description of what they were made of. However, when I received my first items I discovered that they were cheap and extremely poor quality. None of the items had any labels attached! When I asked for a refund, similarly to other reviews here, I was asked to return to HK at my own cost, which would be circa £70 with no guarantee of a refund. I spent £230 already (I know, silly me!) and decided not to risk another £70. Gave the clothes to a charity. They are still operating though and it looks like they still scamming people. I wish I checked the reviews first!

Jan 23,2024I ordered what I thought was a beautiful Christmas woollen jumper reduced from over £100 to £34.99. When it arrived it was basically a poor quality thin sweatshirt with printed photos of Christmas trees. Everyone I showed agreed that they also thought it was a woollen jumper. When I tried to return the item Oliver London said I have to pay the return fee which was nearly £30 and they refused to offer a refund. Do NOT buy from this Company - even if the offer looks amazing. I will be donating this rubbish garment to Charity in the hope they may get a few pounds for it so some good will come out of my order!

Jan 22,2024I’ve written several emails to them and have reported them to trading standards and counterpart in Japan. They send automated replies when I called them out of cheating me out of money - stating it was my fault - fuming. I WILL NOT be paying £30 more to return an item (and they didn’t include a return form!!) when I probably won’t get my money back. Avoid at all costs, I tried reporting to Instagram as it was an advert on their but I hope this helps other people get cheated out of money. I also hope they get shut down soon. Despicable a company can sell clothes by describing completely incorrectly / using fake photos. Urgh.

Jan 21,2024Total scam. They stated their parents were having to close the business. They imply they are a London company and talk about British fashion. They are actually a Chinese company with a distribution centre in Feltham Middlesex. If you wish to return an item, it has to be sent back to China at an unbelievable price! Don’t shop with them.
